Private senior nurse brought to 153.000 €

Bonn - the greedy guardian must go to jail: Elizabeth B. (66) facilitated a now 88-year-old senior citizen after years of service to their property: 153.000 euros.
The district court sent the nurse now for 21 months behind bars. Last Elisabeth B. (name) got the fright in his face. Just District Judge Oliver, the nurse had Schoenijahn for infidelity in a very serious case to one year and nine months in jail.
B. has no criminal record. Nevertheless, the judge gave her no parole. He could find no "special circumstances" that could justify it. Schoenijahn: "The old lady has been robbed."
The Case: For years Elizabeth had cared for them as the elderly woman. In 2004, the private nurse, received from her client's credentials for the savings and checking accounts. Everything went well. Judge Schoenijahn: "The lady hung on B. The nurse was her only contact."
Two years later, the tide turned. In early 2006 worsened the health status of the old woman sharply. In March she got a tutor. And just a month later, the nurse began to collect money from her account.
In ten months, 40 times! In January 2007 had been charged as 153,000 Euro. Wanted to dissolve as well as the first nor the securities account, the bank put a stop to. Judge Schoenijahn: "The defendant has shamefully exploited the deteriorating state of health."
Elisabeth B. claimed yesterday that it had entered into an agreement with the 88-year-olds, she is entitled to the money then. But that did not believe the defendants had a civil court - and thundered as the repayment of the money. An expert had found that the old lady who lived for two years in the home, even for crimes committed when incapacitated war.B. can now only try to appeal to escape a jail stay. Perhaps, by finally surrenders, where all the money is gone.
